MISSING ITEM

The order i placed arrived yesterday but I am missing an item. I purchased 3 stila liquid eyeliners and 1 highlighter blush, however I am missing one of the liquid eyeliners. I contacted customer support yesterday upon noticing the discrepancy via email, however I have not received a response yet. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
