Luxe samples

What's going on? The promo was 5 Luxe samples with your order I receive my order and there is only 1 sample in the box. This has been an ongoing issue with every order that I have placed since around Thanksgiving. I get no samples at all even though I still see the samples as available online I don't get any.I thought they would actually send the samples this time since they promoted it. So disappointed.
