Loves List STILL messed up

 Sephora, just how long is IT going to be looking into the issue of the messed up Loves list? This has been an ongoing problem for at least 2 years now, since the change from the grid style list to the list-style format. I hate the new style and prefer the grid.

1) You have to scroll for ages to get through the list. 

2) I no longer can see everything on my list because the list stops at the letter F and won't scroll any more. If I go from Z-A, the list stops at M. So I no longer have any idea what is on my list from the letters F-M. 

3) If you have to take anything off your list, because it's no longer available, the list completely resets itself and you lose your place.

I'm shopping at Sephora less and less because the online shopping experience is so unpleasant. I depend on my loves list for finding items that I am interested in or use regularly. I'm not about to go using a separate spreadsheet to keep a list of inventory to go search for individually -I have a life. 

2 years of a non-functioning useful (albeit, used to be) part of your website should be considered unacceptable.

I'm truly sorry the issues with the Loves List has not yet been resolved! We are working on it and hope to get it resolved soon. I understand this is very frustrating and I apologize for this experience!
