Loves List Issue

Hi

I have been having an issue regarding the loves list. I am not able to access it and it shows nothing. I have tried logging out and logging back in again but nothing. I also tried a different browser but nothing has solved this issue. 

If anyone has any answers to this problem please let me know thank you.

I'm sorry to hear this! Depending on which type of device you're using, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

If using a Computer and/or the mobile website

Please clear your cookies and cache

Please try switching to another Internet browser

Please try switching to the Sephora App if possible to see if the issue persists.

 

If using the Sephora App

Please ensure your app and device are both fully updated

Please try deleting the app and re-downloading

Please try switching to a computer or mobile Internet browser to see if the issue persists

Hi Laurie, I have been having the same issue for a while now and have done all of these trouble shooting suggestions as well. I have been using this issue on the app and Safari on an iPad as well as iPhone. I have reached out to Customer Support before with. no resolutions. Please help!!

Hello.

I have tried all these steps, and I am still experiencing the same issue. I am using safari on a mac.

I'm also having all these issues. I don't want to only have to use the Sephora phone app. I'd like the website to be useable. I'm on a PC, using Chrome. I've also tried it in every browser: firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, and Opera.
