Loves List Format and website issues

Hello - I came into my loves list to see what I wanted to buy from the VIB sale this year. What the heck happened? Why can we no longer see it in grid format? I know that the loves list wasn't the best, trust me, there was room for improvement we know, but the one good thing about it is gone now too. 

 

Why would you guys change that? the list format is terrible, you can only see a few products at a time and it causes a lot of issues when trying to scroll through. It took me all of 2 minutes to decide I was done shopping cause of the frustration. As much as Sephora has been going downhill lately (missing samples EVERY order, shipping issues, out of stock issues during sales, lack of chat availability when needed or proper functioning), I have been trying to give the benefit of the doubt and still shop here when I can. It is getting really hard to find a reason to continue doing so. 

 

If you wanted to improve the format, Let us create more than one love list (Tried and Trues, Loves and Lusts, etc) in a grid format, instead of taking away from it and making it more frustrating. 

 

Ok rant over, I hope this is fixed quickly or the VIB Sale may be a skip for me this year.

Ditto - I definitely miss the grid format. It takes so long to load my entire loves list now and then I have to scroll all over the place. I also really miss the beauty Q&A section on product pages and wish they would bring that back too. I used to buy more/return less using info that was provided there.

I agree 100%. I relied so heavily on my Loves list that it makes me not want to shop at Sephora anymore. I had pages upon pages on my list, and now I can't see even half of them. I emailed support and they sent me some generic response about how they will forward it on. I have no idea what they were thinking, but I agree that it needs to be fixed before the next sale or I might skip out as well.
