Lost/stolen package or Cancelled?? Order issue

I ordered on the early morning 26th and then after I woke up I realized I ordered wrong stuff. So I called the customer service to cancel and a woman picked up. She said she’s transferring my cancellation to somewhere and it went successfully, and she let me waited for 3-10 days for my refund. But today I got the notification of the order and says it Delivered. I don’t know if it means it delivered back or delivered to my home which it shouldn’t happen. Anyway I checked the mail room but there’s no package. I’m so confused now!! And when can I actually get my refund? Does the day start counting from the 26th or today?? Please help!
