Lost/stolen/not delivered package

I checked my order status a few days ago 6/19/20, the e-mail sent for my delivery said it had arrived. Yet I went to check the mail and waited a whole week for my package. I also got a redelivery and same thing happened said it was delivered but found nothing.

It's best to use the tracking number on that actual delivery carrier's website because it's more accurate on the time. Sephora's notification is always an hour late and by then, the package could already be stolen by a stranger, when you finally go check. Redelivery to the same address solves nothing if it's the same delivery driver who will make the same mistake they did the first time. Your best hope is to forward all of your packages to your local pickup location. For example, my Sephora packages ship via UPS. I have a UPS account that I set to reroute all packages that it senses coming to my address to my local UPS Store. Pickup is FREE!!! Yes, you would have to take time out of your day to go get it, but it's an amazing feeling when signing for it, knowing that random strangers aren't benefiting from your hard earned money. They will take your package and sell it online for full price and make 100% profit.

The same exact thing has happened to me! It is so disappointing that Sephora orders are not being shipped as their website states. It is very misleading. They should not offer online shopping if they can't deliver the goods.
