Lost scent certificate

I lost my scent certificate. Is there a way to redeem just with my account and proof pf purchase?

Hi @karolbatista,

 

My apologies! The scent certificate code is required to redeem the free fragrance. We're unable to replace certificates that are lost, stolen, or damaged and I apologize for any disappointment this causes.
