Lost scent certificate

The certificate got lost in she shuffle when I moved into my house. Can someone look up my purchase and replace the certificate?

Yeah, I started with that and they basically said "tough luck", but in nicer terms. I just thought maybe someone in the customer service department might be able to do a little more...

Hi. I have had that same issue. Wondering if anyone has had better luck. Biggest waste of money.
