Lost rouge status

Anyone else? I spent $1000 during 2021... i thought that meant i would be rouge through 2022? Thats how it worked before. Did something change?

Thanks for the responses. I had no idea this was a common issue that resolves itself. I'll check back in a week or so. Such a relief.

@xSinnocent I would not worry too much, if you spent the $1,000 and were confirmed rouge the VIB status you are seeing is likely a glitch. This is super common especially after the new years cusp when the VIB/Rouge statuses all become upgraded. Even throughout the year sometimes my account says I am an Insider when I have been a Rouge for longer than I remember not being. I would give it a week and you can always confirm your status as well by visiting a Sephora store or giving Customer Service a call to double check from their end 🙂

@xSinnocent , Same. I think it's because they're updating accounts for 2022. Happens pretty much every year.

It still shows rouge by my name when i post but when i go to my account info it says VIB.  So confused.
