Lost points!

  1. I just logged into my beauty insider account and found that all of my saved points are gone. I have not been shopping much due to the pandemic this past year but have definitely made a Sephora purchase in 2020 and now it says my points are gone as of Jan 1 2021. This is extremely disappointing as I have been saving them and never got a notification from Sephora that they were due to expire? Especially with a pandemic going on?? How do I get these point back.. it is really frustrating Sephora and as a loyal customer really defeats the purpose of having and saving this points.

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. I'll take a look into this and send you a message.
