Lost package

Is there anyone who lost packages when ordered online? This is the first time that losing happens. I got the mail that they said it was delivered but when I checked, I didn't see it in front of my door. And I always was near the door at that time, I don't think it wasn't a thief. How can I solve it? Because I have ordered from Sephora several times and they succeeded. I hope Sephora’s Customer Service will help me with this.
