Lost package

On Sunday I placed an order, and I accidentally ordered two orders of FRESH. I only wanted one order. I haven't yet received my confirmation number. If I would, I would send it to you to see what is happening. But how would I delete one order? Also when would I be getting my confirmation number, or tracking number? When I placed my order at the Sephora app, it didn't send me an email or anything. I just checked my bank app to see if I was charged, and I was charged $63.00 2x for both of the products that I bought from Sephora. But I only meant to buy one order.
The two orders that I placed are both the same. The iteams that I purchased were Fresh body care bestie, and Philosophy pure grace foaming bath shower gel, and if I spent more than $25 dollars you get a free product. The product that I picked for both of my orders were Fresh Sugar Face Polish with the coupon 25DELIGHTS. The 3 free samples were.. the Philosophy Purity made simple, Bulgari Eau Parfumee, and Giorgio Armani Beauty Si Eau de Parfum. If you can please help me why I haven't received my tracking number or confirmation can you please send it to me? And can I cancel one order? Because I ordered two order by mistake and I only meant to buy one. I would really appreciate it.
