Lost package

I have two lost packages that were left at my main entrance of my apartment bldg. iHave contact Sephora was disappointed in there response  of saying they are not able to do anything for me. Truly upset and disappointment. I will never be placing another online order. They make you feel like you’ve stole the packages and are a criminal. Contacted the shipper and they have pictures of leaving the package at front entrance. Who does that?

I have the same thing happened and I felt the same! They even ask me to ask for the carrier myself which was pick by them and it was rated only 1 star on Google review shipping company and basically asking me to figure out myself which is not my problem!
