Lost package!

I ordered a package on November 14. I got an email that it was split into two separate packages. The second one arrived with one item and the other one has not arrived with most of the items. I check the tracker and all it says is safe drop delivered for the first package but I haven’t received anything. I live in a condo and my packages get delivered through security and they have checked and have not received anything. My package might be lost or dropped off somewhere else. I also usually receive emails once it’s shipped but I haven’t received an update for the first one. Can anyone help?
