Lost package

Hi,

Can someone please help me? I have a package that was supposedly delivered according to the tracking, but I never got it. I checked the lockers, the apartment rep, my front door,... and nothing. This is the second time my packages from sephora has been lost already. There must be something that can be done in order for customers to trust the delivering systems from the company.

Can you have it delivered to your office?  For years I kept a box at my local UPS store to get all of my deliveries.  That way there is a signature trail.  In 12 years I never had a package lost that way.  I work from home now and live in a guarded, gated community.  For the first time ever I had a Sephora order go missing.  I have a new UPS driver and think he delivered it to the wrong house.  Sephora was great about replacing it.
