Lost over 2000 points

I’m so upset that I never want to shop at Sephora again. I lost over 2000 points and funny thing I got the birthday gift last year! So either the staff didn’t scan my card or there is some other shenanigans going on… 


I spent over 2000 in one year, got Rogue status and was never able to redeem them because I was never informed of the change so I couldn’t know. Didn’t wear makeup during the pandemic and then also stopped buying because I was having a baby, etc.


Really Sephora? Talk about shoddy business ethics. Please do something to fix this! I was banking my points for a reason. Please practice better business ethics. Beauty Insider went from being one of the best points programs to one of the worst!
