Lost or Stolen Sephora Package

I’ve ordered 7 items from Sephora. I’ve gotten an email saying my package was delivered at 12:22 pm today. (November 29) I was excited to see the package just to find that it wasn’t in the mailbox. I was confused so i checked on the porch but it wasn’t there either. There were some gifts I’ve purchased also so I’m hoping that it wasn’t stolen or delivered to the wrong house. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

Omg this happened to me to. IT WAS MY FIRST ONLINE SEPHORA PURCHASE TOO!!!!  Its so disappointing! Call customer service. They replaced my package but it’s still a little frustrating because I ordered it during black friday, i already knew it would take forever but I didnt know that Id have to wait for it twice. I don’t blame Sephora its probably the shipping company’s fault but it really makes online shopping very uncomfortable. Sephora should really do something about Canada Post.
