Lost or Stolen Package

My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. My aunt was at the apt all day long and she said theres was nothing left at the door. I checked the tracking page like half an hour after it was delivered and she went outside, looked for the package every where and there was nothing. I called CSR and they said I had to wait. I called LaserShip like 5 times and they never got a hold of the delivery guy. Called the very next day and they said to wait. On your tracking page the advice is to wait 3 days to call back because there's an small chance that maybe a neighbor has the package but still nothing. Either the package was never delivered or got stolen bc it wasn't handed over to someone instead of being dropped at the door. This frustrating bc I was waiting anxiously for my new palettes. The delivery should request someone to sign at least in that way we will know to whom was delivered. I called today but It was kind of late CSR was closed tho.
