Lost or Stolen Package

I ordered christmas presents from Sephora and it says it was delivered but I do not see on my porch! I called customer support at Sephora and they said they cannot assume responsibility and said that my request for replacement or refund is being rejected. I felt very unsupported as a long time customer of Sephora. This is my first experience with Sephora customer service and it was not a good one. Very disappointed. Please be aware they do not take responsibility!

Yes , me too. I have a photo sent to my E mail. And no pkg. I’m waiting for a response from Sephora. The pic. Says 11:06am And the notice of delivery was 11:30am. 
hummmm. I will bring this up as an issue. 
the window is not right. And I was home the entire time. !! 😳

@js2024  Ugh, I hate it when packages don’t arrive as expected. Have you contacted the shipping provider? It’s really the shipping company’s responsibility if they lost or misdelivered your package. Like other retailers, Sephora’s likely not responsible unless they printed the wrong address on the shipping label or never had the package picked up by the shipping provider.
