Lost my status

Hi! I lost my status as a rouge member when it shouldn’t have changed, and now I am a VIB.

Same thing happened to me..I just noticed now..I did the qualifying purchases and I'm so upset I'm back to vib...I don't get it

Same thing has happened to me! 
I am upset because I made the qualifying purchase I needed to make to keep my rouge status from 2023 to 2024! And I am now  back to being an insider! Totally not fair! Hopefully Sephora can fix this

Same thing here I’ve been at V.I.B. status this whole time and all of a sudden I look and I’m an insider now.
