Lost gift card

I had 2 merchandise credit cards. 1 was for an outdated return or using paypal method and the other was for a return even though I had receipt. I forget the reason why it was issued to me, but I figured it was fine because I would eventually be spending it at sephora anyway. Well I went to use it for an online purchase and I only have 1. I have lost the other. I read the other postings of similar situations and the mod says she will  private message. So please is there any hope for me in replacing? Thanks
