Lost exclusive scent certificate

Hi, 

 

I think I lost the hard copy of the certificate but I was able to take a picture of it last month in case I lose it. What do you know, now I can’t find it. Is there anyway I can redeem it? I have the code and everything on the certificate. Thank you.
