Lost cologne Sampler voucher

My girlfriend recently purchased the Sephora cologne sampler set for me as an early Christmas gift, and we either misplace or threw away the actual voucher for the free cologne bottle.  I still have the paper that was on the outside wrapper, but no voucher.  is there anything I can do to get the cologne from the store?  I called but the store was not very helpful.  I also have the digital receipt for the pick up of the sampler, just not the voucher for cologne.  someone please help or my girlfriend is going to be very upset with me! lol thanks in advance!
