Lost Store Credit

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding a lost wallet that contained a Sephora merchandise card. 

I have the original receipts showing the balances, card numbers (minus the last four digits), authorization numbers, transaction numbers, and store number. I was advised by phone support to visit a store, and the store then directed me back to customer service over the phone. 

I have successfully replaced my other lost cards using this same documentation and am hoping Sephora can help me transfer my credit to a new Sephora merchandise card.
