Lost Store Credit

I received store credit for a refund on a gift card, and used it once, but now I've misplaced the physical card. I have the first 12 numbers of the card from the original return receipt but don't have the last four numbers. I've talked to representatives at customer service, who told me to contact the stores, and the stores who told me to call customer service. Any ideas for how to proceed?

Please help !! I have the same exact problem. 
I have the original eceipt and the first 12 numbers but not the last 4!!

I'm sorry for the trouble! Please note store merchandise cards and gift cards should be treated like cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. I'm happy to see if I can assist further and I will send you a private message shortly.
