My Dyson airwrap special edition item was too stolen after delivery. 
The delivery person posted a picture but I did not see the package. The delivery service Sephora used was shady because I ran asap after the notification only to not find my package.

Then I contacted Sephora and they inspected the matter after I placed another order for the same - this time I picked it up from a Sephora outlet. 
I trust Sephora for their good customer service but I request them to use good reputed delivery services for future. #missingpackage #delivery

The thing about UPS, DHL and now FedEx taking a picture as “proof” packages are delivered is complete bull and just enabled any of these people who have no morals the freedom to steal your packages. I told this to my friend who is a higher up at FedEx and a week ago my security camera’s proved my point. One of these carriers “delivered” my package, took a picture and then proceeded to pick it back up and take it back with him!!! Thank goodness for my camera because of course they sent me a picture of it on my entry as “proof”. I also had a package come from Ulta and as soon as I picked it up, I knew it was tampered with because the entire top brown tape that Ulta uses was cut open and the package was taped back up with clear packing tape and was taped lengthwise and across the package. It was clearly opened, so I took pictures before opening it and there were items missing (the most popular things ordered of course). I was so mad that I couldn’t see straight. I contacted Ulta and their customer service was amazing! They reshipped what was taken at no cost. I don’t know if it happened at the post office (some Ulta packages ship UPS, but the postal service delivers it the last leg and that was who delivered this package) or if it was my mail person or when it happened, but it wasn’t a porch pirate because I got it directly from the mailbox as soon as it was delivered (I have an alarm on my mailbox that lets me know when it’s opened), so that package didn’t sit out there. Besides, porch pirates TAKE the packages. They don’t stick around to open boxes, take stuff and tape it up and leave it!

So, I have decided that no one can be trusted these days and I’ll have all of my packages delivered to a local pick up site or held if it’s coming FedEx or UPS. It’s just not worth the loss if retailer’s aren’t like Ulta and replace your stolen items. I think DHL is probably the worst and I will not order from a retailer if they only have an option of DHL.

My Dyson Airwrap was stolen from my front door and Sephora is not taking any responsibility. Why is an item of that value left outside?? Not requiring any signature?? I will never give Sephora my business until this is resolved!!! #robberyfromsephora #donotbuy

Contact your credit card company and tell them that you never received your package. They will not charge you if they’re a good card company. Sephora may or may not still get their money, but at least you won’t be on the hook for Sephora’s choice of carriers. I thought Sephora couldn’t get amy worse after the poor perks for being Rouge (I have been for many years (let that go for good this year), but their customer service sounds like they have topped that if they aren’t being helpful with your loss. Ulta’s customer service was AMAZING! Hence the reason I remained Diamond again this year at Ulta and they require $1,200 per year to be Diamond. I used to stay Rouge at Sephora and Diamond at Ulta between my daughter and myself, but we have had it with the crappy rewards program at Sephora. It’s certainly not worth being Rouge. So, it was 👋 to Rouge this year!

The same thing happened to me.  And Sephora won’t do anything about the problem. They want to put the blame on the Mail carrier that Sephora pick to deliver my package.

I called, but it's a waste of time and energy.
I have been a Roger since I became a customer of Sephora. Generally, I'm in social anxiety so much that I don't like go customers servers. I got hang up twice this time. It might be a good thing though. It definitely can be a motivation that I should cut unnecessary cost in makeup and skin care.

I notice that when my ex girl friend ordered Sophie’s Online the box is branded Sephora, that’s like writing on a box “$500 cash in this box” so I brought it up to her because she works for sophera and she said that’s nothing - the big boxes coming in the store come up missing all the time. Or there extremely shortened - I said wow sophera has issues and she’s no it’s Jc penny to because they have the same issue. 

 

The next day i go to the mall wanted to grab my sister some make up for her birthday , I was like nah I’m not spending $300 on her. So as I walk out one of the sophera employes comes creeping up like a kat name saly she yells Mr rios and tells me I can get the same package for $200 and tells me to talk to that guy over there because he is looking to sale the same package . So the guy tells me to follow him. . The funniest thing was the guy was like totally gay and the girl could of been transgender and everyone only spoke Spanish.  So I show up - and took a look inside and this was like a flea market they even had a taco truck outside. The tacos were not so good really cheap low quality meat - don’t ever eat Adolpo’s tacos. Nasty any way this guy dude forget his name dale, Davi or don - anyway this house was rocking with laungire, perfumes, skin care, even high quality candles. I did not feel comfortable- I didn’t buy anything but a nasty taco.

I hate theives!! I had the same thing happen to me last y...

I hate theives!! I had the same thing happen to me last year. I called Customer service and they were very helpful. Instead of having the package shipped to my home again, I had the order delivered to my job. I had my package in a matter of days (with samples). I now use UPS MyChoice to have items shipped to my nearest UPS location just to be on the safe side. I hope this helps.

hey hunnies this happened to me too and I live in New York City it happened to me at least twice I'm Rosie this is not kosher at all whatsoever SMH and I live in an apartment building this is gross and disgusting I'm sorry you guys have to go through this nightmare me too Hun thieves are nasty people Karma is revenge we should complain about the ongoing theft of our stuff I'm very pissed myself pardon my French y'all chutzpah and If that's not bad enough it's gets worse I gotten duplicates of the same item oh my god Plus a few items were damaged 😱😿😮💨🙏🤗💔😇🇺🇸🇬🇧🇮🇱🇨🇦💔 guess what the Grinch stole my Chanukah 😂
