Lost/Stolen/Non-Delivered Package

I ordered two packages from Sephora. According to the tracking information provided, one said it was delivered on December 11, 2020, the other said it was delivered on December 24, 2020. The concierge at my building has been looking for both packages and has not found them to date. I wrote into Sephora Customer Service on December 22nd but have not heard back yet. Please help! Thank you, Molly
