Lost Scent Certificate

Hello, I purchased a deluxe perfume sampler, two weeks ago, and  I just realized that I lost my scent certificate. Is there any way you could see that I did not redeem the scent certificate or replace it? I still have the box and all the samples. I hope you can help, thank you!

i bought two samplers, one for each son, and my oldest thee his certificate away... any chance you can help?  I have credit receipt.

I'm so sorry, lost scent certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

I just had a similar experience. Mens sampler purchased but fragrance cert was lost.  Have reciept etc, do I have any options?
