Lost Receipt

I bought a Stila Liquid Lipstick online but I misplaced my order/packing slip. The color is too light and I wanted to know if I can exchange it in store, without a receipt, for a darker color.

yes they will have your order on file even if you buy online. they can track what you buy and you can do returns

@Serenely if it was bought on your VIB account they will be able to locate it no problem. I never keep my packing slip and the few times I've had to exchange in store they just look up my account.
