Lost Points

I have been shopping at Sephora for many years and had accumulated 700+ points and they expired with no warning! I had been saving the points to use for a larger gift from the rewards bazaar and now only have ~90 points from my most recent purchase. This is really disappointing as a customer and Sephora should do more to notify people about when their points will expire.

Points only expire if there is no activity on an account for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you must make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll look into this further and I'll send you a message.
