Lost Points

Logged into my Sephora account today to order a few products and realized that all my points have disappeared. I have been collecting them for years and had thousands of points. I am disappointed that I did not receive an email notifying me of this policy and would very much like to have them returned.

Hi @AllyZC,

 

For all clients, the account must remain active or points will expire at the end of the year. To keep the account active, you would need to simply make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I will look into this and I will send you a message shortly.
