Lost Points

I lost all 679 points and VIB status. I didn’t purchase or redeem anything but I got removed without any notice. Does anyone know what’s happening?

Hi @kantkaw,

 

Points only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. I'm happy to take a look in more detail and I'll send you a message shortly.
