Lost Package

I ordered 2 items from rare beauty and I got a notification it's been delivered to mailbox or mail area. I check outside my door it's not there. I go down to check out my mailbox. There's no box there. Then I look around my whole lobby area and around the building there's no package. It could be stolen I don't know but I reached out to Sephora they give the same reply to everyone saying they already assisted too many times when I've never lost a package like this before or had replacements sent. The customer service is so bad. The items are only 50 dollars but todays economy we can't afford to lose even a dollar.
