Lost Package

Can someone tell me if Sephora will cover my package that has gotten lost. It was out for delivery in the am, said delivered that evening - but wasn’t there when I checked.

i know USPS sometimes scans early so I have it another 24 hours and nothing!

My package was not delivered.  I made a purchase on eGift card. The status of the order is Delivered but there is nothing. I have already notified OnTrack customer service about it. But feel very disappointed because it’s never happened to me.can Sephora help with this?

@XOnadjalin I would contact USPS directly first--they can actually check the delivery via their GPS package tracking system and see if the package was possibly misdelivered.
