Lost Package

LOST/STOLEN SEPHORA PACKAGE


I placed an order on June 29th, 2022 and my tracking number said it was delivered on June 30th at 3:42 pm but I can't find it anywhere. The tracking information says it was 'safe dropped' at the delivery location. Order number is . 

I understand it's been a while but meantime I already contacted my rental office and my neighbors and they said they did not receive anything. For the record, I and my neighborhood have never had any issue with parcel delivery in the recent times. 

I have been a very loyal and frequent customer of Sephora for the past few years. This time I am very upset about the situation as the package holds valuable goods. What should I do?
