Lost Package

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received my package.  No door bell ring, no knock .. absolutely nothing.  Called customer service to be told that Fleet Optics has a picture and the package was delivered and they can do nothing.  I need to contact the carrier.  Who drops off a package with no notification? Why should I be out hundreds of dollars?  I would like to escalate the matter further and would like a contact for your corporate office.
