Lost Package

I ordered a package last week. I checked the tracking numbers and it said it was sent and left in front of my house, but I didn't get anything. I will travel out of the US next week, so I need that package. I ordered Sephora many times, but this is the first time I lost the package. I don't know what to do right now because Sephora and UPS haven't responded to my email.
