Lost Package said delivered

I ordered about $300 worth of items. I had an emergency situation that caused me to have to leave behind all my makeup so I was finally treating myself by replenishing my collection. OnTrac said it was delivered and I was outside my apartment literally 10 minutes after the delivery time. It was not stolen it was not misplaced. It never showed. There are multiple cameras around my complex. Sephora needs to move away from using OnTrac. I’ve never had this happen ever before with any other carrier or store.

also the method by which to contact for lost packages is flawed and they give you the run around.
