Lost Package and Sephora wont help

I ordered from Sephora and they had posted that my package would come on the 6th of June. I received an email that my package was shipped and received a tracking number. The package is saying delivered on 6/6 and I cannot find the package. I checked neighbors and the lockers and it is no where to be found. I contacted customer support and they told me that I have to wait till June 14th to get any assistance. I'm honestly never going to order online again. I cannot trust them to deliver my package on time or to the right place. And the fact that they won't send another package out or give me a refund is crazy.

It seems like Sephora is not responsive. Still haven't received a resolution.
