Lost Package & disregard customers

BECAREFUL, SEPHORA IS SCAMMING US!!!

 

I purchased two orders from Sephora but only received the second one and lost the first (large order) one. Tried to contact them, checked with neighbor as they said but no hope and they refused to help and no goodwill explanation or apology.

 

I have posted about my lost package (755$ worth), the only mod said is contact Customer Service via hotline but actually called them and emailed a lot and they refused to help without explanation or apology. Even though I’m their Rouge for years, so we’re spending a lot money on Sephora but they don’t even give a damn care about their customers’s benefits. 
I understand  a pandemic makes you difficult and very costly, but that doesn’t mean you have to do scams like this to make money from your customers. 

 

One more thing, it seems that Sephora is showing signs of stigmatizing Asian customers, right. No Asian client helped with this problems  and received  response like this was our fault.


So, what is our only fault?

Because we’re Asian or we’re spending money on an “lack of  business ethic”-Sephora.

Yes, I can relate. this is 5th day waiting with USPS tracking saying in transit arriving late. Customer service says to keep on waiting and put 100 points in my beauty bank. Seriously questioning what’s going on at Sephora. Didn’t used to be like this. Hope you find your package somehow. I spent 40 minutes on phone and asked for supervisor and was still told to wait and see if it arrives. 😞 I ordered on 4/13 and today is 4/22-:(

Lost package here too. Says delivered at my door yesterday. My home office window faces my front yard and I have a dog who barks. Only person he barked at around the time of delivery was a neighbor walking by. What do I do?

So sorry to hear this! I really hope Sephora steps up and investigates/ helps you track your package.
