Lost Package - Marked as Delivered

My sephora order was delivered this morning around 8AM according to my email/on the order tracker -- I was not home when I saw this, but I am now and there is no order on my front porch (where they usually put the deliveries). We have security cameras installed as well and I checked that too but no proof of delivery? Also checked our mailbox as well as looked over to see if maybe they delivered it to a neighbour by accident but nothing.

Is there anything Sephora can do to help with this situation? This order was nearly $100 and this is the first time this kind of thing has ever happened to me.
