Lost My Sephora Points. Any Way to Get Them Back?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help clarify this for me.

I had accumulated quite a lot of points in my account previously, but due to financial reasons I wasn’t able to make any purchases last year. I’ve recently started placing orders again, but I noticed that my previous points are no longer there.

I was wondering if there’s any way to have those points restored? I’d really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences.

@RinnC  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
