Lost In Store Credit

Hi, 

I lost my In-Store Credit 2 hrs after I got a refund from Sephora. The manager and their employees know that they did issued an In-Store Credit to me. I talked to the customer service department and let them talk to a manager at the store and they confirmed that the credit on the card has not been used. The customer service has put a hold on the card to prevent someone from using it. However, I cannot get reissue another card. Is there any way I can do about it?? Since the amount is not small so I really want to get the card reissued. I do have a receipt for the refund!

I lost my store credit and have the receipt.  The Customer Service line told me to go to the store, the store told me that the CS could give me the credit to my app.  I called CS a 2nd time and they said they couldn't do anything but would give me $10 for the back and fourth. The store manager never did anything with the receipt.  They way they handled all of this is a big slap in the face!  I am out $40 and now Sephora is out a Rouge client.  I am taking my business elsewhere.
