Lost Cologne Voucher

I placed an order for same day delivery for the cologne sampler and threw out the code card. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because it was not available. I read the FAQ's and saw that lost or stolen vouchers are not replaced but this was kind of out of my control? The item said it was available and didn't expect to be told that the order could not be completed. 

I tried to look at my order receipt to see if the code would be listed there so I could reuse it but it was not. Can someone please assist? Is it possible for someone else to pull up the code that was used on my order so that I can use it to reorder for store pickup/in store?
