Lost Cologne Sampler Gift Certificate

Hi,

My father lost the Gift Certificate for the Cologne Sampler Set I bought for him for Christmas. We are pretty sure it was tossed in the garbage. I gave him on Christmas morning and he was very happy to choose a scent. He has finally chosen a scent, and when I was about to redeem the full size perfume, he was unable to find it.

Any assistance given will be greatly appreciated and I am happy to provide any details needed with regards to the order in which the item was purchased.
