Lost ALL my Sephora Points

This is a very common thread I have been seeing here. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and lost all my sephora points due to 'inactivity.' No warning whatsoever. Support has not been able to do anything except state that points cannot be reinstated. Of course they can be....if the company allowed it. 

 

The company policy is clearly NOT customer-focused and there are so many other better vendors to support out there. I will no longer be shopping at Sephora from now on.
