Lost 2948 points

Lost 2948 points with no notice/email. Finally, as a “essential” healthcare worker, I don’t have to wear a mask to work, so I’m wanting to start buying makeup again and find that all my points are gone! This “inactive account” rhetoric is nonsense…clearly a lot of people are not inactive otherwise they would not be so upset about losing the points. The good thing about Sephora used to be the everlasting points that you could save up and they do this?!

Sorry, the points will expire if any account is completely inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer per the Sephora Terms and Conditions. To keep your account active you can make a purchase, or redeem a Rewards Bazaar item, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
