Lost 10,000+ points!

I was going to redeem a birthday gift today & noticed that all my points were gone. As I was searching the possibilities why it could happen, one possible reason was due to being inactive for 12 months. Which admittedly I was, because I went for a vacation to Japan & South Korea & bought lots of beauty products. I just wish I was sent a notice of my points expiring. I received promotions & new product launches all the time, why can’t they send a warning notice re my points?

@Jadanne  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
