Losing patience

I’m losing patience with ordering from The Sephora app. I still haven’t had the points from the order I placed on January 1st, credited to my VIB total. Even though I was promised that the issue would be resolved by now. And I have placed two orders from the Ordinary only have them cancelled soon after.
